Talent Acquisition Recruiter – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the full hiring cycle for Colgate‑Palmolive in Mumbai, delivering strategic and consultative recruitment services to business leaders and HR partners while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes and maintain an outstanding candidate experience.
• Act as the primary liaison with hiring managers and candidates, overseeing all communications.
• Conduct intake meetings to define role profiles and design sourcing strategies.
• Review resumes, perform phone screens, and build diverse candidate shortlists.
• Gather evaluation feedback, facilitate final hiring decisions, and negotiate offers.
• Coordinate start‑date alignment and collaborate with third‑party staffing agencies when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and selecting candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to source and qualify candidates across a wide range of skill sets.
• Strong partnership and consultative influencing skills with hiring managers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
