About the role

Urban Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the end‑to‑end hiring lifecycle for non‑technical positions. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring high‑quality hiring decisions, strong talent pipelines, and an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate data and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Design competence assessment processes and guide hiring managers through team‑fit interviews.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure smooth handover to pre‑boarding.
