Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring for Product and Technology teams in Bengaluru. The role involves full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and meeting hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for product and technology positions.
• Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to define hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, events, and talent communities.
• Build and maintain pipelines of software engineers, product managers, designers, data professionals, and other tech talent.
• Screen, evaluate, and assess candidates for technical expertise, role fit, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Lead offer negotiations and support successful onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
• Improve hiring processes using data‑driven insights and best practices.
• Strengthen employer branding to attract top technical talent.
• Mentor junior recruiters and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5‑9 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on product and technology hiring.
• Proven success recruiting software engineers, product managers, technical architects, and related roles.
• Experience in fast‑growing startups or technology‑driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring practices, recruitment methodologies, and talent mapping.
