Talent Acquisition Manager – IFS – Mumbai

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring at least seven years of end‑to‑end hiring experience and a proven ability to attract top talent across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies to source high‑quality professionals.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a hiring team to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Utilise job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
• Demonstrated familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
