Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands‑on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, ideal for those aiming to build a career in Human Resources.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability and interest.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data in recruitment trackers and the ATS.
• Provide regular updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives where applicable.
• Generate recruitment reports and track hiring progress.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
