Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

Version 1 is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its growing recruitment team in India. You will work closely with the UK Talent Acquisition team to source, attract and hire top‑tier IT talent for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Understand role requirements and actively source suitable candidates.
• Identify and engage passive talent that aligns with Version 1’s culture and client needs.
• Manage inbound candidate flow and ensure a seamless candidate journey from application to onboarding.
• Report weekly recruitment metrics to the Head of Recruitment (India) and UK Talent Business Partners.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing to strengthen the employer brand.
• Design and execute candidate attraction strategies for different business areas.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of end‑to‑end IT recruitment experience, preferably for the UK market.
• Proven ability to create job specifications with stakeholders.
• Strong interview and telephone screening skills.
• Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Open, collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering results.
