Talent Acquisition & Campus Programs Manager

About the role

AB InBev GCC is looking for a Manager to lead talent acquisition and campus programs in India. The role focuses on building a strong leadership pipeline and early‑career talent pool through data‑driven hiring and an AI‑first approach.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring for senior and critical roles, from intake to offer negotiation.
• Partner with business heads to define role requirements, timelines, and success profiles.
• Design and execute the annual campus hiring strategy across MBA, engineering and specialist programs.
• Lead the internship program, from campus partnerships to onboarding, project assignment and conversion to full‑time roles.
• Build and manage the Apprentice Program in line with the National Apprenticeship and Training Scheme, including regulatory filings and stipend structures.
• Drive year‑round campus engagement activities such as competitions, pre‑placement talks and brand ambassador networks.
• Track cohort performance post‑joining to refine targeting and improve hire quality.
• Own the campus hiring budget and demonstrate measurable ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, especially leadership hiring and campus recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior business leaders.
• Ability to use data and analytics to influence hiring strategies.
• Experience managing internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Excellent communication and employer branding capabilities.
