Talent Acquisition Associate – Remote (India)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join BairesDev’s global recruiting team. The role is fully remote and focused on sourcing, interviewing and hiring top‑tech talent for our clients worldwide, while being based in India.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate candidates’ online profiles and determine suitability for open positions.
• Conduct outreach via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn and email to engage potential hires.
• Lead comprehensive interviews assessing qualifications, experience, motivation and logical reasoning.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle and ensure accurate documentation in our systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Based in India with advanced proficiency in English.
