Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and secure the IT infrastructure of a fast‑growing professional‑services firm in India. You will be responsible for keeping servers, directory services, and critical business systems running smoothly while meeting security and compliance standards. The position is remote‑friendly and open to candidates across major Indian cities.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, identity lifecycle, and access provisioning.
• Plan, execute, and document patching, upgrades, and capacity changes.
• Implement and monitor security controls across servers and endpoints.
• Maintain compliance documentation for internal and client audits.
• Own disaster‑recovery and backup procedures, performing regular tests.

Required profile

• 3 to 7 years of experience administering enterprise servers and infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, and backup/DR practices.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Reliable remote‑work setup.
