System Engineer – Security & Compliance (2-3 yrs)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented System Engineer specializing in security and compliance to join our IT team in Jaipur. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, 24×7 monitoring, and ensuring enterprise‑grade security across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimise the Wazuh SIEM platform, develop custom rules, dashboards and decoders.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts 24×7, manage CrowdStrike endpoint protection and resolve incidents.
• Track and remediate findings from SonarQube, Dependency‑Track, AWS Inspector and ensure zero backlog.
• Perform regular CIS Benchmark compliance checks and close SCRUT audit findings.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory/LDAP, and network devices (firewalls, switches, routers).
• Manage virtualisation (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud instances (AWS EC2, RDS).
• Implement backup, disaster‑recovery processes and provide Level 2/3 technical support on a rotational shift basis.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on system administration experience.
• Strong exposure to security monitoring, vulnerability management and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, VAPT, ITIL).
• Motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work in a 24 × 7 operational environment.
