System Administrator – Windows & Network Support

About the role

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage and support a Microsoft Windows environment for our clients in Bangalore. The role involves both on‑site and remote assistance, ensuring that servers, workstations and related services run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, install and support hardware and software according to client proposals.
• Manage email servers, domain services and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot computer and telephony issues, providing on‑site and remote support.
• Maintain operating systems, applications and perform regular system maintenance.
• Oversee assigned projects to deliver services within defined objectives.
• Respond to technical inquiries from staff, vendors and external partners.
• Supervise system and network administration to ensure service availability.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in system administration.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical education.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
