System Administrator – Level 1 Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to provide Level 1 support across Windows, macOS and Linux environments. You will ensure the smooth operation of client computers, mail services and network connectivity for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
• Monitor system health daily and respond immediately to incidents or usability concerns.
• Maintain LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity, server and internet services, and verify continuity of IT operations.
• Update and patch operating systems and applications according to the patch‑management process.
• Administer printers, routers, switches, firewalls, endpoint‑security software and biometric devices.
• Manage asset inventory, software deployment and email configuration on client devices and mobile phones.

Required profile

• Understanding of IP protocols and DNS.
• Ability to respond quickly to help‑desk requests and resolve issues.
• Experience with asset management and configuration of client‑based operating systems.
