System Administrator

About the role

CTI is seeking a System Administrator for its Pune office. The role involves maintaining, supporting and improving the technology services that enable CTI employees to deliver a fantastic customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot and support company systems, infrastructure and business technology services.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests following security best practices.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues beyond Level 1 support.
• Assist with system updates, patching, upgrades, deployments and lifecycle management.
• Monitor system health, availability, performance and backups, responding to incidents as needed.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Networking and Helpdesk teams to address vulnerabilities and security improvements.
• Identify root causes of recurring problems and develop long‑term solutions.
• Participate in technology upgrades, migrations, deployments and other IT projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and knowledge articles.
