Solution Consultant II

About the role

UKG is looking for a Solution Consultant II to join the UKG Ready implementation team. You will work with project teams across geographies to understand business needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful product deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with project teams in various regions to gather requirements for UKG Ready modules.
• Design and build solutions that meet client specifications.
• Collaborate on new client implementations, upgrades, and change‑order projects.
• Configure and re‑configure the UKG Ready software solution.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest product features and act as a knowledgeable consultant during implementations.
• Contribute to best‑practice design and transfer product knowledge to customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience with global HCM or WFM software implementations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong analytical, communication and consulting skills.

Required skills

• Experience implementing HCM or WFM software solutions.
• Technical aptitude for configuring enterprise software.
