System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure in Vadodara. The role involves ensuring system availability, handling hardware and network operations, and supporting cloud environments while providing L1/L2 user support.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft products.
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware, networking (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers) and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, O365).
• Monitor system performance, conduct preventive maintenance and perform hardware upgrades.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users and resolve connectivity issues.
• Implement IT security measures and manage backup and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Participate in system monitoring, performance optimization and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in system administration, hardware troubleshooting and networking.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Residing in Vadodara or nearby cities; immediate joiners preferred.
