System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, configure and ensure reliable operation of our computer systems, network servers and virtualization environments. The role involves supporting secure environments, performing upgrades, monitoring performance and proactively guaranteeing high availability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed Windows and Linux systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Support and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and file systems.
• Administer firewalls, VPNs and other security tools in collaboration with the security team.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
• Monitor system resource utilization, perform trending and capacity planning.
• Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure where applicable.
• Assist in vulnerability assessments and support patch management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in system administration, IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Office 365 administration.
• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• Backup and disaster recovery procedures.
