Surface Grinding Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Surface Grinding Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating surface grinding machines to produce high‑quality metal components according to defined specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up surface grinding machines for each production order.
• Select appropriate grinding wheels and clamping equipment.
• Independently process assigned work orders and record production times.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the grinding machines.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.

Required profile

• Diploma in Tool & Die making (4‑year program) or equivalent technical metal education.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating surface grinding machines.

Required skills

• Surface grinding machine operation.
• Grinding wheel selection and clamping equipment setup.
• Time recording of manufactured parts.
• Machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
