Supply Planner

About the role

Noon is expanding its hyper‑local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Supply Planner to manage the end‑to‑end inventory cycle, keep stock levels optimal, and support daily warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain high in‑stock rates while optimizing inventory placement to lower last‑mile costs for assigned categories.
• Own and drive the forecasting engine, incorporating campaign cadence and macro/micro factors.
• Manage inventory from receipt to exit, executing strategies to prevent SKU slow‑moving status.
• Collaborate with the S&OP team on inbound planning and capacity management across fulfillment centers.
• Drive automation initiatives for inventory planning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supply planning or inventory management role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to give constructive feedback.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
