Supply Chain Planner

About the role

The Supply Chain Planner will manage demand planning processes, analyze trends, and ensure optimal inventory levels across a multi‑echelon network. The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, reducing excess and obsolescence, and supporting lifecycle events such as NPI and Last Time Buy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage demand planning using various forecasting methods throughout the service support life.
• Analyze demand trends, forecast accuracy, and root causes of deviations.
• Define stocking requirements for a multi‑echelon network to meet service level targets while minimizing inventory costs.
• Apply multi‑echelon inventory optimization methodology to mitigate shortages or excesses.
• Monitor excess and obsolescence trends and take corrective actions.
• Optimize sourcing plans, balancing repair versus new purchases.
• Coordinate lifecycle events (NPI, Last Time Buy) with PLM and suppliers.
• Support continuous process improvement and automation through data analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in supply chain planning or analytical roles.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong computer literacy with ERP systems.
• Experience using Integrated Planning Systems.
