Supply Chain & Order Management Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain & Order Management Specialist ensures that customer orders are processed efficiently from receipt to delivery while supporting overall supply chain operations, inventory availability, and logistics coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and update customer orders in the ERP system and monitor progress.
• Communicate order status to customers and internal stakeholders, handling amendments, returns and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses and logistics partners to guarantee product availability and timely delivery.
• Support procurement and replenishment activities, monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Track shipments, resolve transportation issues and ensure compliance with shipping documentation.
• Assist with demand forecasting, inventory planning and stock optimization.
• Provide project support by ensuring materials are delivered according to schedules and reporting supply chain risks.
• Maintain the Integrated Service Platform, Field Service App and create Power BI reports for service KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end order processing and resolve delivery issues.
• Strong coordination skills with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset for inventory monitoring and demand forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems for order management.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and KPI tracking.
