Supply Chain Manager – ROC (EU)

About the role

Amazon’s Relay Operations Center (ROC) coordinates transportation execution across the EU. As a Supply Chain Manager you will act as the communication hub between carriers, vendors, fulfillment centers and internal teams, ensuring smooth freight movement and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with external customers (carriers, vendors) and internal stakeholders (retail, finance, software support, fulfillment centers).
• Extract and analyse data from multiple sources using Excel, SQL and other data‑management tools.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and develop performance metrics to drive business results.
• Define business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams that build ROC tools.
• Identify trends, assess business impact and make data‑backed decisions.
• Escalate variances, track resolutions and ensure follow‑through.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of supply‑chain or logistics experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to propose and implement process improvements.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, charts, complex formulas, data cleansing).
• SQL query proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with R or Python scripting for data analysis.
