Supply Chain Manager – Planning & Supplier Operations

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end supply chain planning for overseas direct materials and CKD kits, ensuring seamless supplier onboarding, production ramp‑up, order planning and material availability. The role works closely with quality, engineering, manufacturing and logistics to drive cross‑functional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own supply chain planning for overseas direct materials, CKD kits and critical components.
• Drive supplier onboarding, qualification and readiness in collaboration with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Lead supplier production ramp‑up and capacity planning for new product introductions and volume scale‑up.
• Manage demand, supply and purchase order planning to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Monitor supplier schedules, shipment readiness and material flow to guarantee on‑time availability.
• Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance and Quality teams and track purchase orders, inventory and supply risks.
• Maintain accurate ERP master data and supplier records, and develop MIS dashboards using advanced Excel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain management, supply planning or procurement operations.
• Proven experience with international suppliers, especially in China or Southeast Asia, and in automotive/EV or high‑volume manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills with cross‑functional collaboration experience.
