SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant

About the role

VOIS is looking for a consultant with hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end implementations, supporting live environments, and working directly with clients to design and optimise reward solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full lifecycle implementations and ongoing support for SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations and manage solution roll‑outs.
• Configure and maintain compensation and variable pay templates, including EC‑integrated processes.
• Monitor, analyse and resolve system defects; assess design changes and their impact.
• Develop and customise compensation statements, reward documents and Spot Award configurations.
• Create and maintain Business Rules to meet compensation and variable pay requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of compensation programmes.
• Provide guidance during testing, deployment and post‑implementation phases.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and system optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience with at least one end‑to‑end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Experience supporting live SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay environments.
• Strong client‑facing skills with demonstrated rollout exposure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
