Substation Construction Manager

About the role

The Substation Construction Manager will lead the construction activities of power substations, ensuring progress, quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) standards are met according to project timelines. Reporting to senior project leadership, the manager acts as the primary representative of Resonia on site, coordinating subcontractors and overseeing daily execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive substation construction progress in line with the approved schedule.
• Monitor and enforce quality, EHS and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors for their respective scopes of work.
• Report construction status, risks and issues to project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary and financial controls related to construction activities.
• Facilitate site inspections, audits and hand‑over procedures.
