Subject Matter Expert – Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to join its Revenue Cycle Management team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on accounts receivable follow‑up, denial resolution and mentoring junior staff, supporting the company’s mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative medical technology.

Key responsibilities

• Train staff on updated RCM procedures, medical coding, and billing guidelines.
• Provide expert guidance during client meetings and internal reviews.
• Serve as the primary knowledge source for RCM processes such as billing, cash posting, credit balance, accounts receivable, denial management, and correspondence review.
• Monitor RCM metrics including Days in AR, aging over 90 days, collections, and bad debt.
• Allocate work and track team performance using operational scorecards.
• Investigate claim denials, identify root causes, and implement strategies to reduce denial rates.
• Oversee collections follow‑up to ensure timely payments from insurers and patients.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to process improvements.
