About the role

The Style Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting sales targets within the Inorbit Mall store.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, providing personalized styling advice.
Drive sales by promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
Maintain store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and stock organization.
Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges.
Collaborate with the Store Manager and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Adapt to varied shift schedules, including weekends and evenings.

Required profile

Graduate/HSC (freshers) or SSC qualification with up to 2 years of retail experience.
Age between 18 and 28 years.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Quick learner with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
High standards of personal grooming and presentation.
Flexibility to work varied shifts.
