Style Associate – Retail Jewelry

About the role

The Style Associate is the front‑line representative of Zora’s jewelry brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting store sales targets. Working under the Store Manager, the role combines product knowledge, customer service and store operations to ensure a welcoming and well‑maintained retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Address customer queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, communicate value and support sales targets.
• Stay updated on latest collections, promotions and visual merchandising.
• Assist with store deliveries, online order processing and packaging.
• Replenish stock, maintain store presentation and cleanliness standards.
• Support theft prevention and follow all SOPs and company policies.
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules and be open to transfers within the cluster.

Required profile

• Graduate, HSC (Freshers) or SSC qualification with up to 2 years retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Quick learner with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
