Structural BIM Modeler (Revit)

About the role

Hi-Tech Digital Solutions LLP, a provider of BIM and engineering solutions, is hiring a Structural BIM Modeler. The role covers detailed structural BIM modelling for RCC and steel structures, including shop drawings and quantity take-offs, with coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver clash-free results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage structural BIM models for RCC and steel structures using Revit and other BIM tools
• Prepare LOD 300-500 level models, including rebar detailing and structural components
• Generate GA drawings, shop drawings and structural documentation from the BIM models
• Perform quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation from the BIM model
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and coordinate with teams to resolve clashes
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications and quality guidelines
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams and project stakeholders
• Support BIM workflows, processes and project standards
• Handle client communication by email and call, provide project updates and clarifications
• Perform QA/QC checks, sampling and estimation on BIM deliverables, and give technical guidance on BIM issues
• Deliver models, drawings and BIM outputs on schedule; work from the office and be available for onsite support when needed

Required profile

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in structural BIM modelling and coordination
• Ability to work from the office and be flexible for onsite support

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit (structural modelling and rebar detailing)
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks (clash detection and coordination)
