Strategy & Transformation Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to help global clients across industries improve their strategy, performance and operations. The role combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s data assets and technology platforms to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative input on projects covering a wide range of industries and problem statements.
• Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand client needs, agendas and risks.
• Build trusted relationships with client analysts and managers.
• Work with senior delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare presentations and deliver recommendations.
• Independently identify issues, structure analysis and synthesize findings to highlight relevant insights.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure and synthesize complex data.
• Experience collaborating with senior consultants and client stakeholders.
• Ability to develop trusted partnerships and communicate findings effectively.
