Strategic Talent Sourcer (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Roku is seeking a proactive Sourcer to partner with recruiters and hiring managers in building high‑quality talent pipelines. You will leverage deep market knowledge and advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top passive candidates for a variety of niche roles.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted talent sourcing advisor for recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional partners.
• Provide market mapping, pipeline development, and sourcing strategy expertise within assigned business units.
• Creatively source senior industry talent using advanced passive search techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Gem, GitHub, and Google Scholar.
• Explore AI‑driven solutions to automate sourcing workflows, generate market insights, and improve candidate engagement.
• Own end‑to‑end hiring for specific business areas, building long‑term candidate and stakeholder relationships while promoting Roku as an employer of choice.
• Ensure enthusiastic satisfaction for both hiring managers and candidates on every engagement.

Required profile

• Proven depth and breadth of sourcing experience in highly competitive talent markets.
• Blend of in‑house and agency/RPO experience, especially sourcing technical and corporate/GTM roles.
• Strong track record of delivering pipelines for senior‑level positions.

Required skills

• Advanced passive search techniques and Boolean search expertise.
• High proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Gem, GitHub, and Google Scholar.
• Experience leveraging AI‑supported sourcing platforms.
