Strategic Account Manager, Softlines & Beauty

About the role

In this role the Account Manager will manage a set of critical seller accounts that contribute to over 20% of the category’s business. The focus is on building strong relationships with top sellers, improving customer‑facing inputs and achieving category objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Champion seller needs at Amazon, establishing communication channels across the seller’s organization, setting expectations and providing clear status updates.
• Drive growth of seller businesses by creating and executing strategic account plans that capture key opportunities for both the seller and Amazon.
• Lead improvement initiatives such as new product launches and relationship extensions, partnering with business development and onboarding teams while enhancing operational aspects for a great consumer experience.
• Conduct deep‑dive analysis, deliver executive‑level reporting on current performance and future opportunities, and publish data‑driven recommendations and action plans.

Required profile

• 3+ years of previous management experience.
• Proven experience in closing sales and generating revenue.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
