About the role
We are looking for an experienced & responsible Store Keeper to join our hospitality team. The position is based in Delhi, and interested candidates can share their CV with the HR team. We welcome applicants with a strong hospitality background.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily receiving, issuing & storage of inventory
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
- Monitor stock levels, expiry & wastage
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Purchase & Operations teams
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliation
- Ensure proper hygiene, organization & security of the store
Required profile
- Candidates with Hospitality / Restaurant / Hotel background preferred
- Experience in Store / Inventory Management
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & stock handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Candidates from a strong hospitality background can also be considered
