Store & Receiving Associate

About the role

The Store & Receiving Associate ensures that materials and supplies flow smoothly from vendors to internal departments, supporting daily operations and maintaining inventory accuracy. This position plays a key role in the procurement and distribution process within a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties to guarantee orderly and timely delivery of materials from vendors and supply them to other departments.
• Take necessary actions on purchase requests received from stores and user departments, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Coordinate all team functions within the department to achieve efficient workflow and communication.
• Maintain accurate records and files related to purchasing activities, including invoices and delivery notes.
• Receive, examine, and process departmental requisitions, verifying quantities and specifications.
• Review and verify orders submitted by requisitioning departments to prevent errors and delays.

Required profile

• Completed any relevant graduation.
• 0 to 1 year of working experience or related experience in purchasing, logistics, or store management.
