Store Executive – Raw Materials Management

About the role

The Store Executive is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials and shelf‑life items to support uninterrupted production. This role ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming raw materials against documentation and safety guidelines.
• Update physical stock registers and maintain real‑time inventory accuracy.
• Store materials by type, batch, shelf life, and FIFO/FEFO principles, ensuring proper binning and labeling.
• Coordinate sampling and inspection with Quality Control and issue materials to production as per schedules.
• Monitor stock levels, perform Mini‑Max, reorder calculations, ABC analysis, and identify non‑moving items.
• Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards in all store areas.
• Prepare and update SOPs and OCPs related to raw‑material handling.
• Support internal and external audits, conduct regular physical counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Track material flow using SAP‑MM reports and ensure timely issue posting in SAP.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in raw‑material warehouse or inventory management.
• Diploma or graduation in any specialization or material management.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
