Store Executive – Inventory Management

About the role

The Store Executive will manage the hotel’s inventory of food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, engineering materials, and other items. You will ensure that all goods are received, stored, and issued efficiently to support seamless hotel operations. This position requires close coordination with purchasing and various hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
• Store items safely following hotel standards.
• Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and inform purchasing of reorder requirements.
• Ensure proper labeling, organization, and cleanliness of the store.
• Apply FIFO and FEFO inventory methods where applicable.
• Prevent loss, damage, or theft of stored items.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Comply with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
