About the role
We are looking for a motivated Steward to join our restaurant team. You will play a key part in delivering a clean, welcoming environment for guests and supporting smooth food and beverage operations during peak service hours.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and set tables, arrange seasonal table accompaniments.
- Welcome guests, seat them, serve water and menus.
- Maintain cleanliness of menus and other guest‑service items.
- Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience.
- Maximise table utilisation during peak periods.
- Prepare drinks at the bar as required.
- Take inventory of crockery and cutlery.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management.
- 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage service.
- Pre‑opening restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Must meet the legal drinking age for serving alcohol in Delhi.
- Friendly, polite and courteous demeanor.
- Physical stamina to work long hours on foot.
- Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
