Staff Nurse – Patient Care

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our clinical team in Bangalore. The role involves direct patient care, supporting physicians, and ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' health status regularly.
• Ensure patient safety and respond promptly to any concerns.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
• Administer medications accurately, following the six rights of medication administration.
• Carry out investigation orders and laboratory requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain patients' hygienic needs, including personal care and comfort.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent).
• Valid nursing registration and license to practice in India.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and medical staff.
