Staff Nurse – ICU/CCU/Emergency (GNM/B.Sc)

About the role

The Heart Lung & Critical Care Centre in Karnal is seeking dedicated staff nurses to join its ICU, CCU and Emergency departments. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care to critically ill and emergency patients in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in ICU, CCU and Emergency settings.
• Monitor vital signs, ECG, oxygen saturation and overall clinical status.
• Assist physicians during emergency procedures and critical care interventions.
• Administer medications, maintain treatment charts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Operate ventilators, cardiac monitors and other ICU equipment under supervision.
• Coordinate with consultants, emergency response teams and multidisciplinary staff.
• Uphold infection‑control standards and patient‑safety protocols.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Freshers with solid clinical knowledge or candidates with ICU/CCU/Emergency experience.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts in a critical‑care environment.

Required skills

• Ventilator management.

• ECG and patient‑monitoring proficiency.
