About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. This full‑time position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to provide high‑quality patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, monitor vital signs, and administer medications.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records and document changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on medication usage, post‑treatment care, and health management.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Required profile
- Relevant degree such as BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, or BVSC.
- Basic nursing knowledge and skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced setting.
- Good organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
