Sr. Engineer Autosar Base SW Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to develop, integrate and validate AUTOSAR base software for master power‑train controllers in upcoming plug‑in and battery electric vehicles. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality embedded solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, validate and document AUTOSAR software components for power‑train ECUs.
• Elicit, clarify and review functional requirements and propose design solutions.
• Produce high‑ and low‑level design documents, source code and unit‑test specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, partners and suppliers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support system testing at PIL, SIL, HIL and vehicle levels.
• Participate in technical and project forums for information gathering and reporting.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• 3‑6 years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Proven experience configuring AUTOSAR BSW stacks and integrating with RTE/Application Layer.

Required skills

• AUTOSAR BSW configuration and integration.
• Embedded C programming.
• Python, Perl and CAPL scripting.
• ECU and microcontroller architecture knowledge.
• Communication protocols: Ethernet, FlexRay, CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI.
• Vector tools: DaVinci Configurator, CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, Lauterbach TRACE32.
• Unit testing frameworks for PIL/SIL/HIL.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Version and configuration management.
