Sr Business Development Manager

About the role

ePlus Technology is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and sales within an assigned territory. You will act as an overlay resource, creating awareness, delivering training, and generating pipeline through both sell‑to and sell‑through models.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for the territory, delivering measurable incremental sales growth.
• Partner with field sales teams to provide training and skill development.
• Lead demand‑generation campaigns and collaborate on joint marketing plans.
• Analyze and prioritize selling activities within existing accounts to maximize efficient growth.
• Manage ongoing training for sales and engineering staff.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for the assigned region.
• Achieve or exceed financial sales targets.
• Share best practices across markets to develop a consistent, high‑performing approach.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience selling AI, Cloud, and Data Center technologies with strong business development responsibilities.
• Proven success selling solutions to CXO and VP‑level executives.
• Sales leadership experience and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Experience selling annuity‑based managed services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix‑managed environment.
