Specialist Warehouse Management (M/F/D)

About the role

Join BASF's Digital Hub in Hyderabad as a Specialist Warehouse Management. You will design, configure, and maintain SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions that support the company's logistics and supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse warehouse management requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Design, configure and implement SAP WM and EWM modules, ensuring optimal inventory processes.
• Integrate warehouse solutions with other SAP components such as MM, PP, and QM, as well as non‑SAP systems.
• Lead custom development and enhancements to meet specific business needs.
• Manage data migration activities and conduct comprehensive testing to guarantee data integrity.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training, supporting change‑management initiatives for smooth adoption.
• Provide ongoing support, optimisation and continuous improvement of SAP WM/EWM environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a techno‑functional SAP WM/EWM consultant with a strong grasp of warehouse processes.
• Technical focus with expertise in SAP WM/EWM configuration and customisation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
