Specialist Product Manager – Business Experimentation & Optimization

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist Product Manager to lead the Test & Learn platform, an analytics solution used by large organisations to drive multi‑million‑dollar decisions. You will shape product strategy, integrate AI capabilities, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, data‑driven experimentation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the product roadmap based on user research, market trends, and commercial priorities.
• Translate deep user insights into actionable features and prioritize development work.
• Lead end‑to‑end feature development, from use‑case definition and requirements writing to testing and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, sales, and marketing to bring ideas to market.
• Define and implement AI enhancements that improve measurement and optimization of business initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI‑enabled software.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of turning vision into a concrete roadmap.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, mentorship‑oriented mindset.
• Quick learner who can multitask, ask insightful questions, and make data‑driven decisions.
