About the role

The Last Mile Analytics & Quality team in Hyderabad is seeking a Transportation Quality Specialist who will provide first‑level support for driver and delivery programs. This role directly impacts customer experience by identifying and resolving delivery‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze case‑level inputs to pinpoint predictors and causes of business problems, improving delivery and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate findings to managers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional resources to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform root‑cause analyses when data is available.
• Facilitate the flow of translated information (Spanish ↔ English) between internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in Spanish (B2+ certification).
• 10‑24 months of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
