Spanish Customer Support Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Noida involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions in both Spanish and English via phone and chat. The executive will provide accurate information, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and chats in Spanish and English.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and document all interactions in the system.
• Escalate complex cases according to established procedures.
• Maintain service quality standards and meet performance targets.
• Adhere to client‑specific guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors, participate in training sessions, and give feedback for process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic technical aptitude and comfort with CRM and ticketing tools.
• Good time‑management, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or contact‑center operations is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts as needed.
• Graduation (any discipline) is mandatory.
