Sourcer Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Amazon is seeking an experienced Sourcer Recruiter to identify and engage top talent for its North American Operations. You will partner with hiring managers to fill high‑volume distribution and operations roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Source passive candidates by profiling, market research, and relationship management.
• Build and maintain a talent network for distribution, operations, and finance positions.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assess candidate fit, aiming for high offer‑to‑interview ratios.
• Recommend recruitment strategies that support long‑term growth.
• Implement and refine recruiting processes aligned with Amazon’s service standards.
• Develop written plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
• Leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, X‑ray and Boolean search techniques to identify talent.
• Evaluate candidates for finance analyst, accounting, and senior finance roles, understanding regional compensation trends.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and close searches against tight timelines.
• Experience meeting SLAs and delivering high‑volume candidate generation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated urgency, customer‑service mindset, and ability to push back when needed.
