Solution Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end deployment of Sarvam’s AI platform at client sites. You will act as the bridge between our product and engineering teams and the customers, ensuring AI solutions are delivered effectively and generate real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full deployment lifecycle of AI products, from onboarding through go‑live.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and client IT/operations teams to create and execute deployment plans.
• Translate client requirements into actionable implementation steps and configurations.
• Manage on‑site and remote implementation activities, coordinating across internal and client stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues during and after deployment.
• Gather client feedback and convey product insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Document deployment processes, configurations and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in solutions delivery, implementation or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML products or enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Hands‑on experience managing client‑side deployments and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Structured problem‑solver able to diagnose issues quickly and drive resolution under pressure.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments with high ownership.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
