Solution Designer – 3rd Party Software Solutions

About the role

As a Solution Designer for 3rd‑party software solutions at BASF Digital Hub Hyderabad, you will help shape the digital transformation of a global chemical leader. You will work with internal IT units and external providers to design, implement and operate complex data and IT landscapes that support BASF’s business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, package and roll out client‑server and web applications across the organization.
• Coordinate integration of cloud solutions and ensure seamless connectivity with existing systems.
• Maintain and operate digital solutions using IT Service Management processes, including incident and change management.
• Perform continuous service delivery tasks such as updates, upgrades, migrations, security checks and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with product teams, security, data integration and infrastructure units to align technical delivery with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing end‑to‑end IT solution lifecycles.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail in complex IT environments.
