Solution Consultant – SAP Digital Manufacturing

About the role

As a Solution Consultant you will work with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) to translate manufacturing site requirements into reliable IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with customers, developers and global stakeholders, supporting end‑to‑end delivery from design through maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer needs in close cooperation with manufacturing sites.
• Design and configure Production Process Designs (PPD) and Production Operator Dashboards (POD) within SAP DM.
• Become the subject‑matter expert for SAP DM and related factory IT applications.
• Support roll‑out, upgrade activities and quarterly SAP DM releases.
• Provide on‑site and remote IT support to factories, including maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to ensure production‑critical systems remain available.
