Solution Architect

About the role

The Solution Architect will act as the trusted technical advisor linking Sarvam’s AI platform with client needs. Working closely with the sales and GTM teams, you will translate prospect requirements into technical narratives, drive demos, pilots and proposals, and own the pre‑sales relationship through to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end pre‑sales cycle for assigned accounts, from discovery to pilot design.
• Build and deliver tailored product demos and proof‑of‑concepts for AI use‑cases such as voice AI, document intelligence and multilingual agents.
• Create proposals, RFP/RFI responses and solution architecture documents in partnership with sales leads.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers and product teams to assess technical feasibility and define pilot success criteria.
• Capture client feedback and feature gaps, communicating them clearly to product teams.
• Support deal reviews with data, timelines and risk assessments.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in pre‑sales, solutions consulting, technical sales or product‑facing GTM roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical products in simple, outcome‑oriented language to both engineers and CXOs.
• Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, cloud infrastructure and AI/ML workflows; ability to understand system integrations without writing code.
